MVA on the Garden State Parkway Ramp

At 21:58 on March 21, District 11 was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident with a rollover on the Garden State Parkway Southbound Ramp. Upon arrival, they had a pickup truck that went up the hill on the ramp and then rolled down and landed on its roof. The impact of the accident caused the truck’s bed to separate from the cab. Truck Stuck in Parking Deck

At 14:13 on March 3rd, District 11 was dispatched to a reported "Need FD" at 444 Lincoln Highway. Upon arrival, they had U-Haul Truck stuck in the parking deck. The vehicle was loaded when it entered the deck and after removing the contents of the truck the top of the box made contact with the ceiling as the driver started to drive out of the deck. When you are outside, frostbite and hypothermia are possible so you need to protect yourself. 1. Wear layers of loose-fitting, lightweight, warm clothing. 2. Wear a hat. Try to stay dry and out of the wind. 3. Cover your mouth to protect your lungs from extreme cold. 4. Mittens, snug at the wrist, are better than gloves.
