At 11:14 hours, Districts 11 and 9 responded to a reported downed power line on Coakley St. and Dow Ave. Upon arrival, Captain Phillips reported that a large branch had landed on the power lines. PSE&G was notified and District 11 blocked the street until the hazard was cleared.
