At 14:13 on March 3rd, District 11 was dispatched to a reported "Need FD" at 444 Lincoln Highway. Upon arrival, they had U-Haul Truck stuck in the parking deck. The vehicle was loaded when it entered the deck and after removing the contents of the truck the top of the box made contact with the ceiling as the driver started to drive out of the deck. After surveying the scene the firefighters removed air from the tires to allow the truck to clear the ceiling. The truck did some damage to the ceiling which was repaired by the apartment building owner.
